Wendler 5/3/1 Cycle 4 Week 2
Squat: 250 x 3+: 8!
The last time I did 250 lbs was just a few weeks ago on March 4. That was for the 1+ set of the 3rd week of the last Wendler cycle and I only got 6 reps. It’s great to see some progress on squats. I’ve done similar rep counts at higher weights in the past but I’m pretty sure my depth and technique in general was suspect back then. In any case, it is the best I’ve done in a while so I’m happy with it.
