2013-04-22 Fitness Log: Squat, Bench

Wendler 5/3/1 Cycle 5 Week 2

Squat: 260 x 3+: 3

Bench: 202.5 x 3+: 3

Mediocre.  No good reason why I couldn’t get more reps on either lift but it wasn’t happening.

Assistance Circuit

  • Bench 115 lbs: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
  • DB rows L/R 50 lbs: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
