Wendler 5/3/1 Cycle 5 Week 2

  • Clean (as warmup for DL): 145, 165, 180, 205, 215x
  • Deadlift: 330 x 3+: 4
  • Press: 145 x 3+: 2 – MISSED REP

Assistance Circuit

  • Press 75lbs: 10, 10, 8, 6, 4
  • KB swings (1.5 pood) Right/Light/Two Hand: 10, 10, 8, 6, 4

Nothing exciting to talk about.  It was cool to clean 205 again — my current 1RM.  It went up easy enough that I’d consider that my “comfortable” max now.
