2013-05-10 Fitness Log: Deload/Sick Week

This blog has been quiet this week due to some nasty ailment that I’ve been suffering with since the weekend.   I was starting to feel it back during my last log entry and it just got worse after that.  Stuffy nose, headache, coughing, sneezing, muscle aches and all sorts of similar fun symptoms.  Sleeping has been particularly a challenge.  Anyway, as a happy coincidence, it just happens to be Wendler 5/3/1 deload week for me so this hasn’t affected my training too bad.  Feeling much better today so hopefully everything clears up over the weekend and I can hit things strong on Monday.
