Wendler 5/3/1 Cycle 6 Week 1
- Squats: 250 x 1+: 9!
Crushed my first workout back after being sick last week. I lost a couple of pounds during my sickness and really didn’t know if I’d be coming back a little weaker because of it. Not an issue as I hit 9 reps at 250. This is easily my best squatting session in a long long time. Two cycles ago, I got 8 reps at 250 and only 6 reps a couple weeks before that so this shows some clear progress.
