2013-05-22 Fitness Log: Kettlebells


With 40 lb (~18 kg) kettlebell:

  • 4 right hand swings
  • 4 right hand snatches
  • 4 right hand cleans to thrusters
  • 4 right hand reverse lunges
  • Repeat with left hand

I did 4 rounds in 10:56.  This was a great combo of movements that hit on a little of everything.
