Squat: 280 x 1+: 4
Well, this one was different. I had to do some work on my car’s engine so I pushed my power rack to the back of the garage and pulled the car in. I didn’t get the work done in time for today’s squat but had enough room to fit in the rack with my face awkwardly close to the front bumper of the car at the bottom of the squat.
In any case, 4 reps at 280 is okay. Best effort of recent times but I would have liked 5. Should’ve gone for 5 but the face to bumper situation spooked me.
