Wendler 5/3/1 Cycle 6 Week 4 Deload + 1RM
- Squat: 5/3/1 reps then 205 x 1, 225 x 1, 285 x 1, 305 x 1, 330 x 1 (PR!), 340 x 0
- Bench: 5/3/1 reps then 165 x 1, 185 x 1, 205 x 1, 230 x 1 (PR!), 235 x 0
Some modest PRs on both lifts. Up is always better than down but it would have been nice to get a little more on either of these. This is +5 lbs for both of these in just under 4 months. Extrapolating out, I don’t think I’d be too thrilled with 15 lbs over 1 year.

RushFit Strength & Endurance DVD
This one was a good one. The “Endurance” part is actually isometrics. I guess they didn’t think the word “isometrics” would sell as well. In any case, there was nothing too technically difficult so I was able to go full throttle for much of it. I definitely felt the burn all over. It’ll be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow morning!
