A slight modification to my log format — I’m going to start listening more details on the Wendler 5/3/1 sets. It really isn’t that much more work to type in two more sets and I think it’s good to keep the info in one place for future reference.
The clean & jerk was okay. The jerks were all smooth but suddenly got heavy. Probably psychological more than anything. The 205 was REALLY ugly, like CrossFit ugly. I probably should have stuck at 205 and did a few reps and called it a day but I like to keep going up on Thursday so I did. The 215 felt really heavy.
The deadlift was also just okay. I had distractions with meat delivery and spark plug changes that interfered with concentration.
