Snatch
- 5 minute warmup w/ 45 lb bar. Hang muscle snatches, snatch grip push presses, overhead squats.
- 65 lb hang snatch EMOM: 5 reps
- 65 lb snatch EMOM: 5 reps
This was a good snatching session. One of the hang snatches felt PERFECT. Like maybe the most snatch-like snatch I’ve ever done. Some of the reps were more like power snatches followed by OHS but generally it all felt good.
Bench
- Warmup: 45 x 5, 75 x 5, 105 x 3, 135 x 3, 155 x 1
- 172.5 x 5, 5, 10
Good session. The interesting thing is how heavy the sets of 5 felt and yet I still managed 10. The same was true for the 170 last week.
