  • 155 lbs x 1 unintentional power clean, 1 x clean + push jerk, 1 x clean + push jerk
  • 175 lbs x 1 x clean + split jerk
  • 195 lbs x 1 x clean + 0 x split jerk (got overhead but no lock out)
  • 215 lbs x 1 x clean (PR!)
  • 220 lbs x X

Deadlift (5/3/1)

  • 220 x 5
  • 270 x 3
  • 305 x 3
  • 345 x 5

RKC Program Minimum (Week 1 Thursday)

  • 12 min of 20 swings + active rest
  • 16 kg / 1 pood
  • 8 x 20 (160 swings total)
  • Active rest included weight carries/lunges with sandbag or 2 16 kg bells, situps
