I was intending to do full snatches but most of the reps today ended up more like power snatches followed by overhead squats.
The lower weight snatches were feeling good so I decided to go for a bunch jump to a PR and got it.
The EMOM was going so well that I considered bumping up the weight a little halfway through. The one miss was lack of focus due to boredom with the weight.

Good day with the clean & jerk PR. Tried going for a clean PR but couldn’t get it. The third rep felt the best and I actually got my elbows under and around the bar but lost it from the there.
