I would have liked 290 x 5 but .
RKC Program Minimum (Week 2 Monday)
- 12 min of 20 swings + active rest
- 16 kg / 1 pood
- 30 x 4 + 20 x 2 = 160
Grip was again the limiting factor and the main reason for dropping to 20 on the last two sets. I did a mix of two hand and one hand swings to work around the grip.
Active rest included burpees (haha), bicycle crunches, duck squats, and situps.
