Bench
- Warmup: 45 x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 155 x 2
- 175 x 5, 5, 10
Good session. Basically same as last week except with a little more weight. Warmup reps even increased and I was certainly not pushing these. Not bad.
There was some strange back/hip pain twinge going on for some of these sets (?!).
Snatch
- Hang snatch EMOM: 75 lb x 5 reps
- Snatch EMOM: 75 x 2 reps, 80 x 1, 85 x 1, 90 x 1
Most reps were my cruddy power snatch to OHS but they all felt okay regardless. I liked ramping up the weight on the full snatch EMOM.
Kettlebells
- Turkish Get-Ups – 5 minutes
- 16 kg bell
- 5 reps each L/R
