Another day, another PR. It was a pretty ugly/uneven rep but it went up.

Weird day for the snatch. I was doing full pulls from the ground and focusing on actively pulling myself under the bar. Well, “actively pulling under the bar” translated into “throw the bar behind your head” in my mind. I can’t say that is necessarily a bad thing. I think I was basically going limp after full extension and trying to drop under the floating bar. What I need to do is to pull myself under the bar. The bar was going behind me because I’m not great at controlling the vertical path. I think this all is a major step forward in the grand scheme of things.
