Fitness Log 2013-07-26: Bench Press, Presses/Jerks

Bench

  • Warmup: 45 lbs x 10, 95 x 5, 110 x 5, 135 x 3, 165 x 1
  • 192.5 lbs x 5, 5, 5, 5, 6

I would have liked to get more than 6 on the last set but since I did 5×5, I don’t think 6 is terrible.

Presses/Jerks

  • Strict Press: 45 x 5, 95 x 3, 115 x 2, 135 x 1, 150 x 1, 165 x 0
  • Push Press: 135 x 1, 150 x 1
  • Push Jerks: 165 x 1, 1, X, 155 x X

Another mediocre pressing/jerking day but that’s fine.

Misc.

  • Curls w/ 45 lb barbell: 10, 10, 10
  • Snatch push presses w/ 45 lb barbell: 10, 10, 10
