This was a pretty “easy” day for the squat program compared to the past ones. The 300 felt oddly heavy for 300.
Good Mornings
- 45 lbs x a few reps
- 65 x 3
- 95 x 5
- 115 x 5
I started experimenting with good mornings. The main conclusion from reviewing the video was that my good mornings look like my squats and my squats look like my good mornings. Hmm, that’s probably not good! In any case, the good mornings did hit the hamstrings directly so I do think I have the general idea even if it didn’t look like it.
