Fitness Log 2013-07-30: Bench, Snatch Presses

Bench

  • Warmup: 45 lbs x 5, 105 x 5, 125 x 5, 145 x 3, 175 x 2
  • 195 x 5, 5, 7
  • 215 x 1, 245 x 0

Before today’s session, I looked up my previous best at 195 and it was 7 from a while ago so I wanted to see if I could match that.  I did which is nice.  I just wasn’t feeling it on the heavy singles after that so I went for a big PR jump and it wasn’t even close.  No biggie.

Snatch Push Presses

  • 45 lbs x 5
  • 65 x 10
  • 80 x 8
  • 95 x 8
  • 110 x 6
  • 110 x 6
  • Supersetted with DB curls: 20 lbs x 10, 30 x 8, 40 x 4, 30 x 8, 20 x8
