Rounding the final turn on this god awful program. Keep in mind for an aggressive squat program, “god awful” isn’t necessarily a bad thing. A squat program that is easy usually doesn’t get the same results. In any case, we shall find out next Thursday what kind of results this program has gotten me!

My first “real” workout with good mornings after doing some experimenting last week. My hamstrings are definitely feeling the results so I can’t say it wasn’t effective.
