Squat (Bas’ Barbell 6 Weeks To A Bigger Squat Week 5 Day 2)

  • Warmup: 45 lbs x 5, 135 x 5, 165 x 5, 195 x 3, 225 x 2, 255 x 1
  • 285 x 12 x 2

I guess this is technically the last work day of the Bas’ Barbell squat program.  Day 1 next week is a rest day and Day 2 will test a new max.  Looking forward to seeing what happens!
