First:
- Rope climbs: 2, 3
- 2 hang power snatches + L/R lunges: 5, 5
Second:
- 5 L KB swings, 5 L KB snatches, 5 L KB clean & press
- Then repeat with R
- 1 set w/ 16 kg
Third:
- 5 x 80 lb clean & jerk
- 5 x 80 lb BB curls
