Fitness Log 2013-08-07: Misc

Just a random day of stuff.

First:

  • Rope climbs: 2, 3
  • 2 hang power snatches + L/R lunges: 5, 5

Second:

  • 5 L KB swings, 5 L KB snatches, 5 L KB clean & press
  • Then repeat with R
  • 1 set w/ 16 kg

Third:

  • 5 x 80 lb clean & jerk
  • 5 x 80 lb BB curls
