Snatch Push Presses

I really like doing these. I think 140 is a PR but I’m not really tracking assistance lifts that closely. It is interesting how close my numbers on these are lining up with my ability to do the snatch itself. Coincidence or not? I suspect the snatch push presses will be easier to progress than the snatch itself so we’ll see. More stability overhead with the wide snatch grip definitely can’t hurt.
Circuit
- Roman chair situp: 10, 10
- Roman chair back ext: 10, 10
- BB curls: 45 x 10, 55 x 10
A fun little assistance circuit. I really need to be more consistent with the roman chair work. It seems to really work.
