Clean & Jerk

Not wonderful but I guess I can’t ask for too much after the last two days.  The misses at 175 were weird so I backed up and going forward was fine.  I probably should have done 195 before attempting the 205.

Deadlift

  • 255 x 3
  • 305 x 2
  • 355 x 1
  • 375 x 1
  • 410 x X

Just wanted to pull some heavy singles.

Power Snatch

  • 75 x 5
  • 85 x 5
