Bench

This is getting pretty heavy and ugly.  I guess this week marks my first official week of attempting the Texas Method in a more formal manner.

TGU & Rope Climbs

  • TGU w/ 16 kg KB L/R: 1, 1, 1
  • Rope climbs from floor + neg: 5, 5, 5

Core

  • Roman chair situp w/ 15 lb KB: 10, 10
  • Roman chair back ext w/ 15 lb KB: 10, 10
