Clean & Front Squats

  • 135 x 2 cleans
  • 165 x 1
  • 185 x 1
  • 195 x 1
  • 200 x 1
  • 205 x 1
  • 210 x XXX
  • 205 x X
  • 185 x X
  • 185 x 1 + 3 front squats
  • 190 x 1 + 3 front squats
  • 195 x 1 + 3 front squats

Just couldn’t get focused on the 210 and that psyched me out for the backoff attempts. ┬áDecided to finish out strong with an easy progression of 185, 190, 195 combined with some front squats.
