Not really feeling this today.  Weird ache in the neck took the fun out of it.

Chest Support DB Rows

  • 20 lbs x 20, 30 x 15, 40 x 10, 40 x 10

Cable Rows

  • Top plate + 4 plates (95 lbs)
  • 20, 20, 20

Pullups

  • 2, 2, 2

BB Curls

  • 45 lbs x 15, 15, 15 (max reps)
