Bench (Intensity)

  • From pins: 45 lbs x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 165 x 2, 185 x 2, 205 x 2, 215 x 1
  • Normal: 225 x 1, 235 x 1, 240 x 1, 245 x 1, 252.5 x X

The pin presses were a new thing to try.  The safety pins happened to be in the right position for them so I figured I’d give them a shot.  It was an interesting experience.  The dynamics were very much changed by having to push dead weight up from the bottom.  I should do these more.  I probably should have done all pin presses.

Superset

  • Close Grip Bench: 135 lbs: 10, 10
  • DB Side Raises: 15 lb DB: 20, 20
