This should have been a volume day but I’ve been feeling like I was hit by a bus lately so I decided to back off a bit on the heavy volume.  So instead of doing a heavy 5×5, I accumulated some low weight volume and then racked up some heavyish singles.  It felt good.  I went in not expecting to even go that heavy but it felt like the right thing to do.  All squats were super deep so that feels good.
