Clean

  • 135 lbs x 2 hang/2 full
  • 165 lbs x 1 hang/1 full
  • 185 lbs x 1 hang/1 full
  • 195 lbs x 1 hang/1 full
  • 205 lbs x X hang/1 full
  • 210 lbs x full x X, 1
  • 220 lbs x X, X, X

The hangs felt good and strong.  220 lbs is haunting me.  No clue why I can’t get it.

Clean Pulls

  • 220 x 3
  • 235 x 2
  • 255 x 1, 1, 1

Threw some clean pulls in.  I figure the stronger I get coming off the floor, the easier it will be to move my clean up.

Deadlift

  • 255 x 5
  • 305 x 5
  • 325 x 1
  • 355 x 1
  • 375 x 1
  • 395 x X

Sprints

  • ~100m sprints / ~1 min/100m rest
  • 4 rounds
  • Each run was about 20 seconds.
