Press

  • Warmup: 45 lbs x 5, 65 x 5, 75 x 5, 95 x 3, 105 x 2, 115 x 1
  • 125 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 9

Decided to return to doing a press linear progression after much success focusing on bench for the last month or so.

DB Incline Bench

  • Bench: 35 lb DB: 20, 16, 12
  • 1 min rest between sets

Amazing what a difference the short 1 minute rest makes.  The first set of 20 was easy.  The last set of 12 was a struggle.

Close Grip Bench

  • 95 x 10, 10, 10
  • 1 min rest between sets

BB Curls

  • 45 x 10, 10, 10
  • 1  min rest between sets
