Clean + Paused Front Squats
- All front squats with 1-2-3 count pauses at bottom
- 135 lbs x 1 clean/5 front squats
- 155 x 1/3
- 165 x 1/3
- 175 x 1/3
- 185 x 1/2
- 195 x 1/1
Decided to do some paused front squats in order to work on strength out of the bottom.
Front Squat
- No pauses
- 205 x 3
- 225 x 1
- 245 x 1
- 265 x 1 (PR!)
Front squat PRs are always a cool thing.
Weighted Carry
- 1 – 40 lb KB
- ~450 m (around block)
- 1/4 right hanging, 1/4 left hanging, 1/4 right racked, 1/4 left racked
Abs
- Russian Twists (20 lb med ball): 10 R/L, 10 R/L
- Straight Ups (20 lb med ball): 10, 10
