Just some random stuff but the cool thing is that I got at least one legit pistol with the right leg.
Overhead Squat
- 65 lbs x 5
- 75 x 5
- 85 x 5
- 95 x 5
- 105 x 5
Abs
- Straight ups: 20 lb KB: 10, 10
- Russian twists: 20 lb KB: 10
The Russian twists cause a really strange cramp in my belly so I only did one set.
