Fitness Log 2013-09-11: Overhead Squat, Misc.

Misc

  • Bench pistols (R/L) 5/5, 5/5 (right is good, left is wonky)
  • Arm bars w/ 16 kg KB: 1/1
  • 1 full pistol with right! (+ some 1/2 reps)
  • TGU w/ 16 kg KB: 2/2, 1/1

Just some random stuff but the cool thing is that I got at least one legit pistol with the right leg.

Overhead Squat

  • 65 lbs x 5
  • 75 x 5
  • 85 x 5
  • 95 x 5
  • 105 x 5

Abs

  • Straight ups: 20 lb KB: 10, 10
  • Russian twists: 20 lb KB: 10

The Russian twists cause a really strange cramp in my belly so I only did one set.
