- 65 x misc warmup (snatches/OHS)
- 95 x 2 OHS, 2 half-snatches w/ OHS
- 135 x 1 ugly PS
- 145 x complete mess
The snatches felt great at a low weight so I figured, hey, I should put some actual weight on the bar and then work on these at which point everything was a complete disaster.

- 225 x X
Just no focus.
Front Squat
- 205 x 2
- 215 x 2
- 225 x 1
- 235 x 1
- 235 x 1
- 245 x 1

- 265 x X
These felt fine on the progression up but then 265 didn’t go anywhere. Just not my day.
