Fitness Log 2013-10-01: Squat, Tabata Bike, etc.

Squat (LBBS)

  • 45 lbs x 5, 135 x 5, 205 x 5, 255 x 5, 285 x 3, 305 x 1, 325 x 1, 335 x 1

No real plan here.  Just some warm-up sets leading to some heavy-ish singles.  I probably should come up with a plan to follow.

Ab Roller

  • From knees: 5, 5

Just some experiments with the ab roller since I always hear such great things about it.  I always seem to feel ab work the next day so we’ll see what happens.

Tabata Bike

  • 1 min light warmup
  • :20/:10r x 8
  • Total time: 5:00
  • Bike stats: dist 1.2, watts 180, cals 46

This is two more rounds than the last time but with a slight decrease in overall stats.  Not surprising given that I did this session right after the squats.  \
