Everything was great up to 215.  I racked the first attempt at 215 but for some reason dropped it.  The 215 after that wasn’t close so I backed to 205 and missed that too.  Figured that meant I should call it a day.

Deadlift

  • 205 x 5, 255 x 3, 285 x 1
  • 305 (75%) x 12 reps / 1 min rest between reps
