Fitness Log 2013-10-11: Bench, etc.

This session was short and to the point due to a shortage of time. In retrospect, it was nice to get in and out and back to work.  I might have to try doing some of these shorter days versus my traditional epic sessions.

Bench (Intensity)

  • 45 lbs x 5, 135 x 5, 145 x 5, 165 x 3, 185 x 2, 205 x 1
  • 225 x 5 (5RM PR)

The 5th rep went up slow but steady.  Hoping to see a difference next week when I do a true volume day on Monday.

KB Press

  • 40 lb (18 kg) x 10/10, 10/10
  • 1 min rest

BB Curls

  • 65 x 8, 8
  • 1 min rest
