This session was short and to the point due to a shortage of time. In retrospect, it was nice to get in and out and back to work. I might have to try doing some of these shorter days versus my traditional epic sessions.

The 5th rep went up slow but steady. Hoping to see a difference next week when I do a true volume day on Monday.
