Bench (Volume)

  • 207.5 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 7 (Rep PR)

This is a rep max at 207.5 (prior was 4 reps) and also a 7 RM PR.  Felt heavier than I expected.

Standing DB Press

  • 30 lb x 10, 10
  • 1 min rest

Did these both hands together.  Just experimenting and trying some new things.

Close Grip Bench

  • 135 x 8, 5
  • 1 min rest

Ab Wheels

  • 5, 5, 5
  • From knees
