Close Grip Bench

These have been improving at a good pace. Over the weekend, I spotted some weird muscles popping out of my arms that I think people call “triceps” so close grip work seems to be doing the trick.
Alternating Incline DB Press
- 40 lb x 10/10, 10/10

- Some great reps with right leg unweighted and with 15 lb KB.
- Couldn’t do any good reps with left leg.
