Bench (Volume)

  • 45 lbs x 5, 110 x 5, 130 x 5, 150 x 3, 170 x 2, 190 x 1
  • 210 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 7 (Rep PR)

This is a rep max at 210 (prior was 5 reps) and also a 7 RM PR.

Close Grip Bench

  • 135 x 10, 8, 5
  • 1 min rest

These have been improving at a good pace.  Over the weekend, I spotted some weird muscles popping out of my arms that I think people call “triceps” so close grip work seems to be doing the trick.

Alternating Incline DB Press

  • 40 lb x 10/10, 10/10
  • 1 min rest

Misc

  • Pistol Experiments
    • Some great reps with right leg unweighted and with 15 lb KB.
    • Couldn’t do any good reps with left leg.
  • Plyo Push-Up Experiments
    • 5 reps
