Clean & Jerk

  • 135 lbs x 1/1
  • 145 x 1/1
  • 155 x 1/1
  • 165 x 1/1
  • 175 x 1/1
  • 185 x 1/1

  • 205 x 1
  • 215 x X
  • 215 x 1
  • 220 x X

The story with the cleans is the same as it has been.  Everything good up to 215 and then some struggles.  It seems to be a psychological thing.

My split jerk is ugly but maybe improving a little.

Deadlift

  • With hook grip: 225 x 3, 255 x 3, 305 x 1
  • With mixed grip: 305 x 1
  • 325 (80%) x 8 reps / 1.5 min rest between reps

Session #4 of Pavel’s classic Westside deadlift program from Easy Strength.

Abs

  • Knee wheels: 12, 12
  • Russian twists w/ 15 lb KB: 12, 12

Also did some practice with standing wheels at various distances.
