The story with the cleans is the same as it has been. Everything good up to 215 and then some struggles. It seems to be a psychological thing.
My split jerk is ugly but maybe improving a little.
Deadlift
- With hook grip: 225 x 3, 255 x 3, 305 x 1
- With mixed grip: 305 x 1
- 325 (80%) x 8 reps / 1.5 min rest between reps

- Knee wheels: 12, 12
- Russian twists w/ 15 lb KB: 12, 12
Also did some practice with standing wheels at various distances.
