I hung out at 220 and made corrections in hopes of improving form and it worked!
First issue was maintaining back angle on the pull from the floor and not extending too soon. I guess as the weight was getting heavy, I started to subconsciously use my hips to help with the lift which interfered with getting max power from the extension. It took a rep to correct that. Second issue was letting the bar get too forward. I corrected that and got the lift with the next rep. Hopefully I remember these things going forward.
