  • 135 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 7

Close Grip Bench

  • Warmup: 45 x 5, 95 x 5, 135 x 5
  • 165 x 5, 5, 10
  • 185 x 1, 205 x 1, 225 x X

Decided to go for a 1RM just out of curiosity.  I definitely had more than 205 in me and probably could have hit the 225 with some extra rest but I didn’t feel like hurting something.

Incline DB Curls

  • 25 lbs x 12, 12
  • 1 min rest
