Front Squat

  • 135 lbs x 5
  • 165 x 5
  • 185 x 3
  • 205 x 3
  • 220 x 5 (5RM PR)
  • 235 x 1
  • 255 x 1
  • 275 x X

Failed to hit a new 1RM at 275 lbs but I guess I shouldn’t be too greedy expecting that after establishing 5RM PRs in both the back and front squat.
