This is progressing nicely. Still haven’t found a weight that is difficult.
Incline DB Curls
- 30 lbs x 10, 8, 6
- 1 min rest
Also progressing nicely. I really like doing these on an incline and it just feels fundamentally more effective than other forms of curls.
