Would have been nice to hit yet another press PR but it was good to repeat the 165.

Close Grip Bench

  • Warmup: 45 x 5, 99 x 5, 135 x 3
  • 170 x 5, 5, 12

This is progressing nicely.  Still haven’t found a weight that is difficult.

Incline DB Curls

  • 30 lbs x 10, 8, 6
  • 1 min rest

Also progressing nicely.  I really like doing these on an incline and it just feels fundamentally more effective than other forms of curls.

Ab Wheels

Standing partial reps: 5, 5
