Press
- Warmup: 45 lbs x 5, 60 x 5, 75 x 5, 90 x 3, 105 x 2, 120 x 1
- Rest Pause: 135 x 7+2+0 = 9
My first experiment with rest pause. Not a complete failure but definitely a little too heavy.
Circuit
- 5 rounds of:
- 5 x clean & press @ 115 lbs
- 5 x renegade row @ 10 lbs (1-arm row + pushup + 1-arm row + pushup)
- Total time: 12:10
Probably should have used maybe 95 lbs on the clean & press though the major bottleneck was pumping out on the pushup portion of the renegade rows.
Intervals
- Burpees :30/:30
- 10+10+8+10 = 38
Burpees aren’t my strong suit but I’m pretty happy with this.
