Fitness Log 2013-11-22: Bench, etc.

Bench

  • 45 lbs x 5, 115 x 5, 135 x 5, 155 x 3, 175 x 3, 195 x 1
  • Rest Pause: 215 x 6+2+1 = 9

Wow, harder than expected.  Rest pause is brutal.

Circuit

  • 3 rounds of:
    • 8 x T-bar row @ 95 lbs (bar+plates)
    • 8 x ring rows (feet on floor)
    • 8L/8R x KB snatch @ 16kg

Interesting circuit.  The ring rows got really hard towards the end.  The snatches felt good and the T-bar rows were a little on the light side.

Intervals

  • 100m dash x 5 (100m walk rests)
  • .75 miles total in 8:20
  • Max speed: 3:40 min/mile
