LCI Method Week 2
Front Squat
- 45 lbs x 5, 105 x 5, 125 x 5, 145 x 3, 165 x 2, 183 x 1
- 205 x 5, 5, 6
A little disappointing. Should have had more than 6 but I was struggling with breathing and holding the bar for some reason. Still, I believe 6 reps at 205 is technically a 6RM PR.
Circuit
- 5 round of:
- 5 x front squat @ 85 lbs (easy)
- 5 x strict press @ 85 lbs (medium)
- 5 x G-row @ 45 lb (easy)
- Time: 6:50
Interval
- Tabata sandbag clean & press
- 56 lb
- 6, 6, 5, 4, 4, 3, 4, 5 = 37
