The goal here was to find 3RM. Both the 150 and 155 were grinders so I’m happy to get the 155. Would’ve liked to get 2 at 160 but it was still cool getting 1 after grinding out the 3×155.

- 5 x muscle snatch (95 lb)

Good session. I like doing high rep snatches as it really emphasizes the need to keep the bar close to the body and not get it far out front.

Pretty poor showing but I’ll live with it given all of the work earlier in the day.
