This was a repeat of last week. Last week was my first foray into rest pause and didn’t go so great so I wanted to repeat it. The result is 11 reps compared to last week’s 9 so good deal.
Circuit

- 5 x close grip bench @ 135 lbs
- 2-3 x rope climb pulls (~5 pulls per hand)
- 5 x goblet squat @ 24 kg
