Good showing on the press. 167.5 is my PR established a few weeks ago and it is always good to be able to repeat a prior PR. The 170 wasn’t even close to going up but I’d say that it wasn’t impossible. Next time!

Pretty good show on the circuit. Mostly unbroken other than the need to shake out the pump between reps on the presses towards the end.
