Fitness Log 2013-12-05: Rack Pulls, etc.

Rack Pulls

  • 21″ (at top of knee cap)
  • 135 x 5, 205 x 5, 255 x 5, 305 x 5
  • 375 x 4-6: 6
  • 255 x 12-20: 20

This was an experiment to find a good weight for the target rep ranges.  I think I picked pretty well for a first shot.

Circuit

  • 6 rounds of:
    • 6 x G-Row (45 lbs)
    • 6 x Muscle Snatch (95 lbs)
  • Total Time: 16:55

Brutal!  This was not easy after doing both a heavy set and high rep set of rack pulls.

Interval

  • Rowing
  • 6 x 250m (1:00r)
  • Ave: 1:51.2/500m 33 s/m
